About the role
As our new Performance Marketing Specialist, you’ll be developing and managing social advertising campaigns predominantly across Meta, and managing client accounts with online turnovers ranging from $1M to $15M. You'll work closely with clients to understand their business goals and use your deep knowledge of Meta Ads to craft campaigns that scale revenue. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on data and loves creativity.

What you’ll be doing
- Develop Meta paid media advertising strategies with a focus on scaling revenue and maximum profit
- Ongoing management of Meta campaigns including optimization of bidding strategies, audiences, landing pages, catalogues, and creative
- An opportunity to upskill on Google Search and Google Shopping campaigns and overall eCommerce growth strategies
- Analytics including set up of Google Analytics, GTM, conversion tracking, and reporting dashboards
- Occasional management of TikTok and Pinterest advertising campaigns
- Management of LinkedIn campaigns for B2B clients
- Stay abreast the overall digital marketing strategy and performance
- Monthly reporting and meeting account level KPIs
- Research and brief in full-funnel creative recommendations to clients
- Develop advertising copy with punchy and engaging headlines and captions
- Client partnering / account management
- Perform business reviews and support strategic advisory for clients
Requirements
We want to hear from people who have experience in a range of the following:
- 2+ years experience managing Meta advertising campaigns for eCommerce industries.
- Knowledge and some experience in other platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Experience in Ecommerce reporting using Shopify Ecommerce data, GTM and GA4 and presenting growth results to clients.
- Experience copywriting strong ad copy.
