The Role
We’re now seeking a highly organised, professional, and welcoming Receptionist & Admin Assistant as office all-rounder to join our Support Office team. As the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and internal team members, you’ll play a vital role in delivering exceptional service while providing high-level administrative support across the business.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is energetic, with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for creating a warm and efficient front-of-house experience for both visitors and employees.

What You’ll Do
- Greet all visitors and direct them to the appropriate contact or meeting room.
- Manage a busy phone switchboard, screening and forwarding calls as required.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area and manage front office supplies.
- Receive, sort and distribute mail, parcels, and deliveries.
- Monitor office access, issue visitor badges, and maintain the visitor logbook.
- Coordinate kitchen supplies, meeting refreshments, and event catering.
- Book meeting rooms and assist with calendar management.
- Respond to queries via phone, email or in-person with professionalism and discretion.
- Provide administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying, and mailouts.
- Assist with event coordination, travel arrangements, and ad hoc project work.
- Liaise with cleaners and maintenance providers to ensure a safe and clean environment.
- Support national events and team functions across the Support Office.
- Experience in a reception, customer service, front-of-house or administrative role.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanour.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities – you know how to prioritise.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.
- A team-oriented mindset and the confidence to work autonomously when needed.
