Client Details
We are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our client within the Financial Services for a 4 -month period , 2 days per week until September with potential view to extend further. You will be working approximately 12 hours per week in their CBD, Collins Street office .

Hourly rate: $37 per hour

Monday (9am - 5pm, including 30-minute lunch break) - 7.5 hours

Wednesday OR Thursday (10am - 3pm, including 30-minute lunch break) - 5.5 hours

Key Responsibilities-
Travel & Meeting Management: Booking travel via our online portal and managing calendars through Outlook

Office Coordination: Ordering equipment, hardware, stationery, and groceries

Onboarding Support: Managing employment documentation for new staff
-
Event & Lunch Planning: Organising office lunches and events
-
General Office Support: Watering office plants, preparing PowerPoint presentations, diagrams, and org charts
Job Offer
Skills & Experience-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience in office coordination or administration

Strong attention to detail and typing skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A positive energy with a proactive, can-do attitude

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Xero experience (preferred but not essential)
