About the Job
There is an exciting opportunity with the Bay of Isles Leisure Centre for a Customer Service Officer. A multi skilled position that contributes to the efficient and effective operation of the Bay of Isles Leisure Centre while providing a high level of customer service.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- As first point of contact assist patrons of the BOILC to access areas and services provided by the BOILC and assist in creating a friendly welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer telephone calls in a professional and friendly manner directing calls to relevant areas, assist with customer enquiries and provide booking information on the sporting complex facilities including the BOILC.
- Ensure that Shire of Esperance money handling and banking reconciliation processes are followed.
This is a Permanent Part Time, working minimum of 20 hours per week.

Hourly Rate : $31.79
Permanent staff are entitled to:
- 5 weeks annual leave per year
