Test Lead
12 Month Contract with view of extension
Hybrid work arrangement (2 days onsite 3 days remote)
We're looking for a hands-on Test Lead to guide a small team while driving UAT, stakeholder engagement, and test management across the business .
- Leading a small team, ensuring smooth test execution.
- Managing HP ALM and Jira/XRAY, including reporting, training, and customisation for business and technical users.
- Leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and working closely with business SMEs.
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels to align testing with business goals.
- Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and producing high-quality documentation for business and technical audiences.
- Up to 3 years as a Test Lead or 5 years as a Senior Test Analyst ready for the next step.
- Must have experience in HP ALM and Jira/XRAY for test management, reporting, and training.
- UAT Expertise: Strong hands-on experience in UAT, leading business SMEs, managing test scenarios, and resolving issues.
- In-depth knowledge in creating test plans.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Proven ability to lead SMEs through UAT and collaborate across the business.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in auto finance or regulated industry with a focus on quality documentation.
