About the DivisionVictorian Child Information Sharing Division sits within ECE group. The division leads Victoria's Child Information Sharing reforms, including the Child Information Sharing Scheme and Child Link, to promote child wellbeing and safety. The division contributes to implementation and change management activities for the early childhood system reforms, including measuring attendance of children at kindergarten to support the roll-out of the Best Start, Best Life Reforms.
About the Role
The Customer Support Advisor (Project Officer) contributes towards an effective service support function. The incumbent engages stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer assistance, providing timely support and offering high-quality service solutions to resolve inquires effectively.
The Customer Support Advisor provides project management, enquiry line and learning management support, presentation preparation and administrative support services for the implementation of the Victorian Government's Child Information Sharing Reforms. To be successful in one of these roles you will have strong stakeholder management skills, communications skills and project management experience.
Key areas of focus include a number of the following:
* preparing regular project reporting documentation and communications
* keeping accurate records of key decisions/advice and project tracking
* stakeholder management, planning and coordination
* provision of support to stakeholder and communications engagement activities
* coordination and input to briefs and papers for relevant governance meetings and ministerial briefs
* data collection and reporting relating to stakeholder engagement activities
* support of the Learning Management System and e-learning modules
* responding to stakeholder queries across the Victorian Government Information Sharing Enquiry Line platforms
* support the Manager with any other tasks as required.
The position will also work collaboratively across teams in the Stakeholders, Implementation and Training Branch and with teams in other Branches in the Victorian Child Information Sharing Division and the broader Department to ensure work is aligned and to create a positive and productive work culture.
