A Day in the Life
In this role, you will work closely with our people leaders to build accountability and excellence in our people management practices. You will be instrumental in attracting and retaining top talent, enhancing our workplace health and safety system, and keeping abreast of changing regulatory frameworks and expectations. You will partner with our people leaders to deliver a consistent employee experience that aligns with our Employee Value Proposition (EVP), embedding our HR business partnering model throughout the organisation. There’s a lot to do, join a fun and supportive People team punching well above their weight to deliver HR services in the pursuit of excellence.
About you:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
- A track record of partnering with business leaders to deliver successful programs and initiatives that add value to delivering business outcomes
- Strong in building relationships, which goes hand in hand with excellent communication skills
- Proactive approach to your work, innovative with the ability to self-start and self-manage
