Description:
We are excited to partner with a global leader in digital infrastructure and data centres, in the search for a high-performing Executive Assistant. This opportunity is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is experienced in supporting senior stakeholders, and can navigate ambiguity with professionalism and poise.
This position supports two senior executives in based in Australia and Singapore and requires a confident, proactive, and detail-oriented EA who can manage competing priorities and international schedules with ease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support, including end-to-end schedule management, inbox coordination, and communication handling
- Arrange meetings with a clear focus on optimising time across business-as-usual, projects, and strategic priorities
- Coordinate complex meetings, agendas, and conference calls, often across time zones
- Manage logistics for visiting executives, including room bookings, catering, and onsite arrangements
- Prepare, review, and track expense reports
- Support internal communications, reporting processes, and leadership presentations
- Attend and contribute to leadership and project meetings as required
- Coordinate travel bookings and manage intricate diary requirements
- Organise team offsites and internal events
- Provide project or administrative support to other team members as needed
About You:
- Available to commence within 1-2 weeks of offer
- Proven experience supporting senior-level stakeholders in a fast-paced corporate environment
- Comfortable working across multiple time zones and managing international priorities
- Strong collaboration skills with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Energetic and adaptable with a positive, "can-do" attitude
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite especially powerpoint
- Calm under pressure with polished executive presence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and capable of working independently
- Willing to work outside standard business hours when required to support the Singapore-based executive
