We now have an exciting opportunity available for a Corrosion Technical Specialist to join our Networks team in Thomastown office on a Permanent Full-Time basis.

Reporting to the System Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the ongoing integrity of APA’s gas transmission assets by providing expert technical support in corrosion management. This is a great opportunity to apply your specialised knowledge in a nationally significant energy infrastructure business while working with a supportive and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support within the organization, ensuring smooth operations

• Troubleshoot technical issues promptly and effectively

• Maintain hardware and software systems, ensuring optimal performance

• Ensure all technical operations align with organizational standards

• Collaborate with teams to implement new technologies and systems

• Conduct regular audits of technical systems to ensure compliance and functionality

About You

• Strong understanding of technical systems and operations with relevant working experience in the field

• Excellent problem-solving skills for effective troubleshooting

• Good communication skills to liaise with teams and stakeholders

• Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
