The Role:

As the new Leasing Consultant, you will have the exciting opportunity to assist on a very well-maintained portfolio of exceptional properties. Working alongside another Leasing Consultant and under the guidance of a Senior Property Manager, you'll play a key role in servicing premium clients. Ideally, candidates will have previous experience in leasing or real estate however we are also open to energetic and driven entry-level candidates eager to kick-start their careers!
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting a Senior Property Manager with the leasing
• Conducting open homes and inspections
• Managing Leasing inquiries via email and phone
• Application process including reference checks
• Conditions Reports
• Data entry into Agent Box & Property Tree

The Candidate:

• Certificate of Registration in Real Estate
• Your Own Car & Driver’s License
• Previous Real Estate experience is ideal but NOT essential!
• Immaculate presentation
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
