About the roleThis is a full-time opportunity located at Stanwell Power Station.
The purpose of the role is to provide Electrical and instrumentation support and input to the operation and maintenance of Stanwell Power Station plant. Electrical/Instrumentation Tradespersons are required to carry out routine and breakdown maintenance and coordinate work party activities in accordance with Stanwell’s safe system of work.
Key activities include:
Performing work allocated within the weekly scheduleInvestigating and identifying faults in response to plant alarms / breakdowns.Providing feedback on opportunities to improve plant performance, maintenance work, coaching and mentoring to others.Developing a plan to correct plant faults and sourcing all required resources to correct faults.
About you
Electrical Trade Certificate and a current Queensland Electrical Fitter/Mechanic Licence (or equivalent)Certificate III Instrumentation tradeExperience in Large Scale Electricity Generation or a comparable heavy industryHold a current manual driver’s license (C Class).
