About the Role
As a People Experience Advisor at Aurora Energy, you will collaborate with stakeholders across all business units to provide comprehensive human resources coaching, advice, and support on a variety of people-related topics. Your responsibilities will include recruitment and selection activities, as well as supporting the implementation of people processes and initiatives. You will partner with the business to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, ensuring that every day presents an opportunity for growth and excellence.
About You
You are a dynamic and experienced HR professional with a qualification in human resources or equivalent experience. Your background includes working as a generalist or specialist, where you have developed a strong understanding of contemporary HR practices. You are adept at managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion and have a proven ability to build effective relationships with key stakeholders and team members.
Your excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are complemented by your strong listening and interpersonal abilities. You are capable of acting independently, exercising sound judgment, and providing insightful people advice to the business. Your proactive, motivated, and team-player attitude drives you to continuously learn and contribute to team priorities. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement.
