Your Role As the Housekeeping Supervisor , you'll be the backbone of the guest experience, ensuring rooms are immaculate, standards are high, and the team is thriving. You’ll bring leadership, efficiency, and top-tier attention to detail—helping keep the operation running smoothly every single day.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, train, and support the housekeeping team
  • Ensure exceptional cleanliness and guest-ready presentation across all accommodation
  • Conduct quality checks and liaise with reception and maintenance teams
  • Take the lead as Housekeeping Manager during rostered days off
  • Restock supplies, manage laundry carts, and handle general cleaning tasks
What You’ll Bring:
  • Proven housekeeping and team supervision experience
  • Strong understanding of WHS and hygiene standards
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with an eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
