About Us:
Strategic Communication is the department's centralised communication team and delivers communication services on behalf of the department's business units to inform and educate the community about departmental policies, programs and legislation across the justice and community safety system.
The Internal Communication team is responsible for developing and delivering effective communication to Department of Justice and Community Safety employees across Victoria to drive staff engagement and service delivery.
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has become available for a driven senior internal communication professional to make their mark within Strategic Communication at the Department of Justice and Community Safety.
The Senior Adviser, Internal Communication (reform) role is a varied, challenging and fulfilling opportunity that contributes to departmental priorities and programs. In this role, you will work with stakeholders across the department, particularly frontline leaders, to provide authoritative advice to deliver high-quality communication materials and results.
You will be responsible for creating, editing and publishing engaging and innovative content for a range of audiences and channels and delivering end-to-end management of communication projects and campaigns, from strategies through to evaluation.
Working closely with other teams in Strategic Communication, you will develop practical solutions to meet stakeholder communication needs and support a broad range of communication materials and content.
