As a Relationship Manager at Harmony Griffin, you will be the facilitator of the Harmony experience for families as the first point of contact over the phone and in person. Your warm, friendly, and approachable nature will ensure you are always able to provide support. You will:
- Focus on building relationships by cultivating meaningful connections - understanding each family's need and appreciating these differ from each individual/family unit, tailoring the experience as required.
- Demonstrate high interpersonal skills - support families from first enquiry online through to the end of their enrolment when their child journeys to school.
- Work collaboratively with the Centre Leadership Team and drive revenue growth and optimisation.
Harmony Griffin is situated within the welcoming community and natural surrounds of this growing Moreton Bay suburb. This beautiful centre caters to up to 83 children and is located near parks, green spaces, and family-friendly amenities.
About You
With exceptional interpersonal and communication skills and an optimistic attitude to work you will:
- Interact with children as confident, capable learners with voices to be respected.
- Be exceptionally skilled in office organisation and administration.
- Experience in Xplor is desirable.
- Hold a qualification in early childhood education
