This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to develop their skills and grow into a People & Development Coordinator role. The Role
As the People & Development Coordinator, you’ll be a key point of contact for employee-related queries, recruitment support, and general HR administration. Working as part of our collaborative People & Development team, you’ll assist with everything from coordinating recruitment to supporting broader people initiatives and projects.
This full-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is passionate about people and process.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end recruitment support
- Manage the People & Development inbox and respond to general HR enquiries
- Prepare and issue general HR correspondence and employment letters
- Assist with collation and organisation of documents for investigations and return-to-work processes
- Support the delivery of People & Development projects and initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality while providing high-quality service to internal stakeholders

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Prior experience in a Human Resources or recruitment coordination role (desirable)
- Exposure to end-to-end recruitment processes and general HR administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities with a flexible and positive approach
- A customer-focused mindset, with a commitment to providing a positive employee experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Discretion and a high level of confidentiality
- Permanent, full-time role based at our Eagle Farm head office
