As Manager, Human Resources, you will manage a broad agenda, including strategic workforce planning, succession planning, organisational change, learning and capability development, and health, safety and wellbeing. Your expertise will help shape the future of the organisation while ensuring compliance with legislative and industrial requirements.

This is a permanent, flexible, part-time/full-time (0.80FTE – 1.0 FTE) opportunity.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage HR initiatives and projects to foster a performance driven and continuous improvement culture.
- Lead operational HR activities, including payroll, recruitment, onboarding, consultancy services, and employment conditions administration, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Provide strategic advice to executives and managers on employee and industrial relations, including interpreting legislation, policies, and industrial instruments.
- Support strategic workforce management, including workforce and succession planning.
- Oversee the Enterprise Bargaining Agreement negotiation and certification process.
- Manage Workplace Health and Safety (WHS) functions, including policy frameworks, WHS committee activities, risk mitigation, and compliance with legislation.
- Assist managers in resolving complex workforce issues, including investigations, performance management, and facilitated discussions.
- Prepare high-level executive correspondence, reports, and briefing materials on HR and WHS matters.
- Represent the organisation at meetings, committees, and government HR forums, maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
- Provide HR and WHS advice to employees, including interpreting awards, enterprise agreements, and policies.
- Guide and support the Human Resources Advisor in their duties and workplan.
