Full-time Office Manager position available in Moorebank NSW 2170.On behalf of our client, All Safe Traffic Pty Ltd , we are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager to support the daily business operations and contribute to the company’s ongoing growth and efficiency.

Position Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Oversee the day-to-day administrative operations of the office to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies and traffic control industry standards
- Supervise and coordinate office administrative staff, allocating tasks and monitoring performance to support project and business requirements
- Develop and maintain office procedures, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and company protocols
- Manage office budgets, monitor expenses, and support financial reporting processes in collaboration with management and external accountants
- Maintain accurate records of business operations, including client contracts, staff certifications, work orders, and regulatory documents
- Act as a liaison between office personnel, field staff, clients, suppliers, and government authorities to ensure effective communication and coordination
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing compliance of staff with licensing and training requirements, particularly in traffic control operations
- Procure and manage office supplies, uniforms, equipment, and inventory to ensure smooth business continuity
- Ensure compliance with insurance, licensing, and WHS obligations, including keeping up-to-date records and renewals
- Assist management in preparing reports, responding to regulatory inquiries, and improving internal processes for better service delivery
Qualifications and Skills:
- Relevant qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, with an empathetic approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to manage client needs effectively.
Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $70,000 - $90,000 p.a. plus superannuation for a 38-hour work week.
