About Us:

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time Educator to join our team at Eatons Hill. This role will involve providing additional support as an Inclusion Support Subsidy (ISS) Educator, ensuring that all children, including those with additional needs, receive the necessary support and guidance to flourish in our center.
The Opportunity:

Working closely with your fellow Educators and Centre Manager, you will enjoy;

• Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the centre community.
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in supporting children with additional needs, preferably within an early childhood education setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and external professionals.
• Developing and implementing an innovative early learning program reflective of current early years thinking and practice.
• Documenting and sharing with families in their children’s learning and development.
• Actively contributing to the implementation and adoption of the Guardian Curriculum.
• Professional learning and development programs, career pathways, and a truly collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

• Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification).
• Demonstrated experience and knowledge in supporting children with additional needs, preferably within an early childhood education setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, families, and external professionals.
• Valid Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain) for SA state.
