What You Will Be Working On
With executive-level influence, your expertise will drive sales strategy and revenue for the entire organisation while ensuring customer satisfaction remains at its current impressive 90%+ positive rating. Key areas of focus include:
- Leading the national sales strategy while fostering strategic partnerships, working with market insights, product design and customer insights.
- Spearheading product development to align with market demands and future trends
- Providing leadership and development to staff, maintaining an optimal balance between workforce efficiency while cultivating future leaders.
- Maintain an awareness of market conditions and the commercial landscape, identifying strategic initiatives - geographical expansion, M&A, infrastructure development
- Compliance to relevant state and industry standards, mitigating regulatory risks and safeguarding the company’s brand integrity
You're a strategic sales and marketing leader with commercial acumen and people leadership skills. You have a proven track record delivering growth across complex consumer and B2B service-oriented environments. With demonstrated expertise in market analysis and digital marketing. Ideally, you've led teams across multiple functions and have exposure to education or training sectors.
If you've been working as a Strategic Sales Director, National Sales Manager, Marketing Director, Sales and Marketing Manager, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) or a leader in Commercial Strategy, this position offers an exceptional opportunity.
