ISWA is seeking an energetic and entusiastic Middle/Upper Years Primary Teacher commencing 23/07/2025, to join our local and international community.
We are looking for a staff member who possesses:
A record of innovative practiceKnowledge of delivering a concept-based curriculum through inquiry learning.An ability to inspire mixed culture and ability classes, by creating challenging and engaging learning opportunities for all studentsA strong desire and proven ability to work in teams in and out of the classroomAn outstanding record in building relationships and community with students, parents, and staffAn intentional ability to balance academic and social-emotional development and wellbeingValue diversity and belonging and seek to create a classroom environment where all students feel includedCurious, open-minded, and willing to change their own thinking and practiceExperience working in international schools and/or delivering the International Baccalaureate’s, Primary Years Programme (PYP) would be desirable, but not essential. The school is keen to develop teachers who are innovative nad have growth mindset.
