An opportunity now exists for a Business Development professional to join our Business Development team. This role has the flexibility to be based from our Sydney, Brisbane or Melbourne offices.We are looking for an energetic, proactive and collaborative individual to contribute to the growth trajectory of the firm.The Business Development Adviser contributes to the firm’s client retention, client development and new business development initiatives through driving activities such as:
Taking responsibility and ownership for the execution of practice group and client business development priorities, including taking the lead on agreed projects and initiativesContributing to the development and implementation of practice group and client plansClient plan implementation and provision of business development advice Best practice tender and credential managementResearch and communication of opportunitiesEvent management associated with specific client initiatives

Marketing degree or relevant business qualification3+ years marketing experience in professional servicesExperience in drafting tenders is essentialStrong proprietary attitude; customer focus and service attitude, demonstrated drive and initiative, ability to manage multiple tasks/projects, a continual improvement mindsetProject management skillsStakeholder management and influencing skillsTender management skillsAdvanced business writing skillsResearch and analytical skills.
