About the RoleAs the Mid - Senior Fashion Designer, you will contribute to leading the creative direction for Women's Activewear, Swimwear, and Accessories. Oversee the entire design process, ensuring brand identity and commercial success. Work closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality products. You will also oversee a small team of junior fashion designers.
Team Leadership and design & development of seasonal collectionsOversee the full product development cycle, from concept to sampleCreate t-shirt graphics & textile prints (Illustrator & Photoshop required)Collaborate with suppliers to ensure quality, fit, and production timelinesResearch trends & manage workflow alongside the Creative Director
Skills & Experience4+ years of fashion design experience across activewear, swim & accessoriesStrong technical knowledge & creative vision for commercial designExperience managing/leading small teams (please note this role requires you to be hands-on)Expert in garment construction, fabrics, trims & hardwareProficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop & ExcelGraphic design skills for t-shirt graphics & textile printsStrong leadership and decision-making skills, and can work autonomouslyExcellent time management to meet tight deadlinesEffective stakeholder management and collaborationMust be flexible and adaptable in nature with experience working in fast-paced environments
