You will be responsible for financial data processing and administrative support.

We are seeking an Administration Assistant ce to join their finance team. You will be responsible for financial data processing and administrative support.



Responsibilities

What you will Do?

• Input sales data for USD and CNY customers accurately and promptly

• Match and verify funds received for USD and CNY sales transactions

• Register new customers and vendors in the SAP system efficiently

• Process employee reimbursement requests with attention to detail

• Assist in reconciling tonnage reports with sales data as needed

• Assist with month end processes as required.

• Assist in general administrative duties




Your Profile

Your Skills

• Similar finance administration experience will be highly regarded

• Experience in SAP will be highly regarded

• Experience in Bookkeeping will be preferred

• Must be Australian Permanent Resident or an Australian Citizen

• Excellent organizational skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members
