Description
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Drive Digital Performance: Optimise the ecommerce customer journey (acquisition, conversion, retention) and contribute to marketing performance initiatives through data-driven decision-making.

Own Product Vision & Delivery: Define and prioritise digital enhancements aligned with business goals; manage the end-to-end delivery process from ideation to implementation.

Leverage Technical Expertise: Maintain strong platform knowledge (SAP Commerce Cloud, WordPress), support UAT, and introduce emerging technologies to improve digital solutions.

Manage Stakeholders & Insights: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and deliver actionable insights through analytics and reporting to guide strategic decisions.

Strategic and Proactive: Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on delivering results.

Digitally Experienced: Brings 5+ years of experience in digital product ownership and ecommerce performance, with expertise in platforms like SAP Commerce Cloud and WordPress.

Analytical and Insight-Driven: Confident working with data to uncover insights, track user behaviour, and build performance-driven business cases.

Collaborative Communicator: Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to navigate complex organisational structures.

Organised and Adaptive: Highly organised, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of leading projects independently while meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.
