Description:

This role drives digital performance across the full customer lifecycle through an omnichannel strategy, with potential to support product performance initiatives. It also leads the execution of data-driven, multi-channel marketing to meet commercial goals, manage stakeholders, boost internal engagement, and deliver actionable insights through analytics and ongoing optimisation.

Description

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drive Digital Performance: Optimise the ecommerce customer journey (acquisition, conversion, retention) and contribute to marketing performance initiatives through data-driven decision-making.

  • Own Product Vision & Delivery: Define and prioritise digital enhancements aligned with business goals; manage the end-to-end delivery process from ideation to implementation.

  • Leverage Technical Expertise: Maintain strong platform knowledge (SAP Commerce Cloud, WordPress), support UAT, and introduce emerging technologies to improve digital solutions.

  • Manage Stakeholders & Insights: Collaborate with internal teams and vendors, and deliver actionable insights through analytics and reporting to guide strategic decisions.

Profile

  • Strategic and Proactive: Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset with a strong focus on delivering results.

  • Digitally Experienced: Brings 5+ years of experience in digital product ownership and ecommerce performance, with expertise in platforms like SAP Commerce Cloud and WordPress.

  • Analytical and Insight-Driven: Confident working with data to uncover insights, track user behaviour, and build performance-driven business cases.

  • Collaborative Communicator: Skilled in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to navigate complex organisational structures.

  • Organised and Adaptive: Highly organised, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of leading projects independently while meeting deadlines and managing competing priorities.
