Description:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Identify and secure potential new business opportunities within the automotive manufacturing industry, targeting OEM's, fleets, dealers, and workshops
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure continued business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs and expectations are met.
- Collaborate with interstate teams
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular client meetings and presentations to promote the company's products and services.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Requirements:
A successful Business Development Manager should have:
- Prior experience in a similar sales or business development role within the automotive / manufacturing sector.
- Strong understanding of the manufacturing market and its key players.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
- Strong strategic planning and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
