Your Role as CEO
As the driving force behind the Chamber, you will:
Shape Policy & Advocacy – Influence local, state, and federal policies to support business growth.
Drive Strategic Growth – Lead key programs like the Business Excellence Awards, Business Connect, Young Chamber, CBD Revitalisation, and the Food & Agri Network.
Strengthen Business Sustainability – Oversee financials, identify new revenue streams, and enhance the Chamber’s long-term success.
Be the Face of the Chamber – Represent the organisation in media, government, and business circles.
Host & Lead Premier Business Events – Deliver a calendar of industry-leading events, including Business@Dusk and Business Breakfasts.
Inspire & Lead a High-Performing Team – Build a strong internal team and foster a culture of excellence.
