About the role
As a Lead Coordinator, you will oversee the management and distribution of leads within our CRM, specifically targeting business customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring a steady pipeline of high-quality leads, prioritising them based on potential value, and supporting the sales team with actionable insights.
- Key responsibilities in this role will include: Manage and organise leads within the CRM, ensuring high-quality leads are prioritised.
- Coordinate the sales lead pipeline to meet organisational needs, engaging with internal and external stakeholders to improve our visibility over the market and current opportunities.
- Allocate leads efficiently to the sales team members based on workload, targets and expertise.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead status and activities in the CRM.
- Monitor the lead pipeline to ensure it remains full and balanced with high- quality opportunities.
- Identify gaps and advise the team on additional prospecting activities when necessary.
- Work closely with the Business Analyst to analyse sales data and provide the sales team with actionable insights.
- Identify key prospecting areas and ensure the team is targeting the most valuable opportunities.
- Use tools like Excel and Power BI to track lead performance and generate actionable insights.
- Regularly review pipeline data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Recommend and implement enhancements to lead management and maximise efficiency and results.
- Stay informed about best practices in CRM usage and lead management strategies.
- Ensure compliance with sales governance, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks and reporting.
