The Position
Reporting into a head of estimating and working in a team environment alongside the senior estimator you will be responsible for pricing work valued to $70MSectors include health, education, aged care and commercial projects You will need to have experience working on tenders in excess of 15M from start to finish in one of the mentioned sectors. Bills are externally created using a Q.S however you will be responsible for rating them. You will use CUBIT, estimate one and Cost X
Background / Experience
Quantity Surveying or Construction Estimating background with related degree5 yrs + post graduate experience Estimating with a commercial builder ideally in the tier 2 market Must have a good understanding of the local market and understand how to price commercial projectsHave a naturally analytical mind and ability to work with numbersKnowledge and relationships with local trade base is highly advantageous
