Due to consistent growth across our business, we have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team in a full-time position
THE ROLE:
• Scheduling of technicians to Service, Maintenance, and Project Jobs
• Coordination and Allocation of resources
• Liaising with clients & stakeholders for the purpose of arranging job attendances and access requirements
• Creating & issuing of supplier purchase invoices
• Creating & issuing of subcontractor work invoices
• Answering Inbound calls & making outbound calls
• Day-to-day administration (emails, filing)
• Preparation of Compliance documentations
• Liaising with various business sectors and team members to ensure end to end job completion and satisfaction
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• High-level attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work in high pressured environment
• Strong, Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Ability to deal with difficult situations and find solutions
• High computer/tech skills
• Exposure to the construction/trade industry is advantageous
