About the role

This role involves coordinating and collating data from across the organisation to maintain databases and produce reports in compliance with legislation and Council policies. It also includes preparing agendas, associated reports, and minutes for corporate committees. A key aspect of the role is ensuring Council compliance with reporting requirements while tracking and monitoring organisational performance.

About you

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, enabling them to engage effectively across all organisational levels to gather necessary information for reporting. You will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and strong error recognition when creating and publishing reports. Exceptional organisational skills are essential, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and plan ahead efficiently. Strong professional and report-writing abilities are also crucial for producing clear, accurate, and compliant documentation.
