A great opportunity for an Accounts/Admin Assistant to become a vital part of a large well established and successful family-owned and run company. Leppington Pastoral Co is a leader in the Agri-business sector producing high quality fresh milk into the Sydney market.
We are currently seeking a suitably experienced and enthusiastic person to join our friendly team at our Bringelly office. Enjoy a diverse role working out of an office situated in an attractive rural setting.
The role:
The responsibilities of this role will include but are not limited to:
- Permanent/full time position - Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
- Accounts receivable
- Accounts payable
- Reception - answering incoming calls and in person enquiries
- Liaise with a variety of departments across the Company
- Office Admin -
- data entry
- document preparation
- maintain office supplies
- sort and distribute mail
- general administration tasks
The person:
You will have an enquiring mind, the desire to understand the business and an ability to stay informed in an environment where there is so much going on. You will also possess the following:
- Experience in accounts receivable/payable
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAGE Intacct – advantageous).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Hold a current drivers licence
