Bueno is launching in mid to late March this year. So, we’re currently seeking an experienced, energetic and well-presented permanent Head Barista to join our brand new St Peters located Cafe.
The café is open 7 days
Weekdays 7:30am-3pm
Weekends 8am-3:30pm

Annual package at $70,000 plus super
Duties
-
Create high volume coffees to a consistently high quality level along with simple but effective latte art
-
Manage the beverage area autonomously.

Provide high-quality beverages including smoothies and fresh juices
-
Provide exceptional service to all customers

Providing casual baristas with technical support with training and coffee production knowledge

Helping the restaurant manager and head chef maintain a high level of team morale and motivation
Requirements
-
An experienced barista - with a minimum 12 months' experience as a head barista

Experienced in latte art

Ability to manage beverage stock - conduct stock take, ordering, rotation

Experience in running a beverage area autonomously

Quick and efficient

Well presented with a great work ethic

In possession of valid Australian working rights
About Us
BUENO is a new Sydney based health food destination. We will offer the locals and Sydney a seed oil free menu using grass fed tallow to fry and prepare our food instead. Our meet will be grass fed, bacon free free of nitrates, pasture raised chicken, free range eggs, jersey milk and alternative milk free of Xantham Gum, Thickners and Toxic chemicals. We will be known as “The Real Food People” because we are taking the chemicals out and leaving the food in. Join us!
