We are looking for a passionate and skilled Head Barista to join our team at Sydney Olympic Park! This is a hands-on, sole-charge role where you will have the autonomy to deliver exceptional coffee experiences in a fast-paced, high-volume corporate setting.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Premium Coffee Experience: Prepare high-quality espresso-based drinks, lattes, cappuccinos, and more. Bring your creativity and coffee art skills to the table!
- Customer Service Excellence: Deliver tailored, friendly service to all customers, remembering their preferences and ensuring a personalised experience.
- Work Independently: As a sole-charge barista, manage your coffee station efficiently while maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
- Inventory Management: Order and stock coffee supplies, ensuring everything is available to keep the station running smoothly.
- Machine Maintenance: Perform regular checks and maintenance on coffee equipment to ensure it’s always in top condition.
- Team Support: While you’ll work independently, support will be available during peak hours, and you'll collaborate with other teams when needed.
- Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 + Superannuation + Bonus ($2,000 annual bonus paid quarterly)
- Location: Sydney Olympic Park, easily accessible with onsite parking
- Work Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (38 hours/week)

- Requirements: Coffee Making Course Certification preferred, RSA certification is a plus (but not mandatory).
