- Assist with the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Support various HR-related projects and initiatives
- Handle employee inquiries and provide assistance regarding HR policies and benefits
- Coordinate and organize employee engagement activities and training sessions
- Assist the HR team with administrative tasks as needed
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR Coordinator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor laws
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
