Description:
Hubtex Australia, a subsidiary of Hubtex Worldwide, is the premier distributor of multidirectional sideloaders and articulated forklifts, specialising in space-saving and long-load solutions. With branches across five Australian states, we are a leader in materials handling solutions.
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Service Co-ordinator/Administrator to join our Brisbane office, located in Meadowbrook, and support our national team. We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and strong attention to detail who thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. Whether you’re a junior administrator or someone with more experience, we encourage you to apply, as salary will reflect your level of expertise, and in-house training will be provided.
In this varied role, you will take charge of coordinating and planning scheduled services, managing breakdowns and repairs for our fleet of mobile technicians, and supporting the Queensland team. You’ll be a key point of contact, communicating with customers and suppliers while providing crucial support to service technicians, branch administrators, and national managers.
Key responsibilities include processing purchase orders, supplier and customer invoicing, preparing quotes, managing timesheets, maintaining databases, and reviewing open jobs. You’ll also assist with rentals, transport arrangements, service scheduling across branches, and analytical reviews to improve processes.
Success in this role will come from being highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple priorities while ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner. Experience with ERP systems and digital field service platforms is advantageous, particularly Baseplan, FSM, or BMA software, as is intermediate proficiency in Excel.
This is not your typical customer service role. It requires balancing customer inquiries and needs while managing the internal coordination of jobs and ensuring smooth operations. We are seeking someone who is flexible, friendly, well-presented, and team-oriented, with the ability to prioritise and follow through on tasks.
While relevant experience is highly valued, we place greater importance on finding the right person for our team and are committed to supporting your career development within our organisation.
If you enjoy being busy, thrive in a dynamic environment, and are excited about becoming the hub of our Queensland team, we would love to hear from you.
To apply, please submit a current resume including all work experience, education details and extra-curricular activities and hobbies and a cover letter outlining why you have applied for this role, what you can offer and why we should choose you to join Hubtex.
Due to the volume of applications please note only shortlisted applicants will be contacted.
