This role has accountabilities including:
- Culture and Inclusion priority within Equity and Excellence including strategic school improvement in this area
- Year 9/10 Student Case Management
- Team Leader Student Wellbeing Action Team
- Custodian of Muti Tiered System of Support
- Line manage HOD Science, HOD Humanities, HOSES and HOD Student Services 9/10
- Operationalisation of the 7-12 Timetable
- Strategic resource of the 7-12 Timetable
- Member of Executive and Senior Leadership Teams
