As the iCatalyst group continues to grow, we’re looking to add exciting new talent to our team who can bring with them a set of immediately applicable skills along with the desire and ability to learn quickly from our highly experienced leadership team.

As a D365 F&O technical consultant, you’ll apply and develop your technical, analytical, interpersonal and communication skills from day one. Activities may include design, development and deployment of solutions across our customer base and your time will be split between building new solutions or products and maintaining existing are efficient and effective on the latest platform versions.

What is required:

The following is a brief list of primary responsibilities for this role:

  • Provide inputs to design and develop quality solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Utilise the latest software and infrastructure architectural approaches and best practices to deliver high-quality outcomes efficiently.
  • Foster positive working relationships, both internally and externally, to ensure satisfaction.
  • Continuously learn Dynamics 365 through self-study and participation in online and in-house training and certification events.
  • Participate in end-to-end implementations, including requirements gathering, process engineering, scoping, design, configuration, testing, data migration, go-live, and support.
  • Assist customers with support queries and business-as-usual activities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.

Ideal candidate will have:

  • Customer-centric attitude with strong teamwork skills and a flexible, positive “can do” approach.
  • 7+ years of experience as a technical consultant or developer across Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations ERP.
  • Resourceful and eager to learn, open to new ideas and technologies.
  • Mindset for process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills whether it be written or verbal.
  • Ability to see the big picture even when focused on the detail.
  • Skilled at managing competing priorities in a complex environment.
  • Able to simplify complex issues and clearly communicate needs, goals, and direction.
  • A drive for standardization and optimization of tools to reduce complexity while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Possessing the following would be an advantage:
  • Experience with Azure integration services
  • Experience of other D365 Platform Technologies such as CE, BI or the Power Platform
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
