Description:
You will be responsible for providing generalist HR Advice, support and services to management and employees across the organisaiton. Key responsiblities include:
- Provide HR guidance to managers and employees on all stages of the employee lifecycle, offering solutions and recommending strategies to address key issues.
- Implement HR solutions across various areas, including total rewards, diversity and inclusion, onboarding, training and development, policies and procedures, employee communication, performance management, investigations, and coaching.
- Uitilise HR expertise to lead and contribute to HR projects.
- Ensure 100% data integrity within HRIS (WorkDay).
- Provide support in facilitating WGEA submissions.
- Consult with the business, draft submissions and policies, and build strong relationships with a diverse range of clients.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in HR/Business (Preferred but not essential).
- Proven ability to research, analyse, and provide expert advice on complex HR issues to both management and staff.
- Strong understanding of contemporary HR legislation and policies, particularly in relation to industrial relations environments.
- Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to plan, manage, and contribute to HR projects, including leading project teams and identifying initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage projects with minimal supervision.
- Keen attention to detail when managing complex tasks that require careful coordination and planning.
- Experience with Workday is highly advantageous.
Conditions:
- Hourly rate of $45 - $55 + superannuation
- Part-time 6-month contract
