Our client is a respected global supply chain management company with operations across Asia, Australia, Europe, UK, and USA. With over 1,300 employees across 30+ locations worldwide, they help develop sustainable and agile supply chains for some of the world's most sophisticated retailers and well-known brands.Currently undergoing strategic changes in their Australian operations, they're seeking an HR Advisor to maintain HR operations during this transition period.
The Role Reporting to the Managing Director of Australia (with a functional reporting line to the UK-based HR Director), you will support all aspects of the HR function for their Australian business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide HR advice and guidance to colleagues and managers
- Prepare employment contracts, letters, and new employee documentation
- Manage recruitment administration including advertising on Seek, scheduling interviews, and liaising with applicants
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
- Monitor completion of induction programs and probation reviews
- Maintain HR systems and ensure data accuracy
- Ensure policy compliance with current legislation
- Liaise with Finance team and external payroll provider
- Support global People projects and initiatives
- HR Generalist experience (2+ years ideally)
- Exposure to a global organisation highly regarded
- Experience in recruitment and selection processes
- Strong understanding of Australian employment legislation
- Excellent Excel skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work autonomously while prioritising effectively
- Understanding of fast-paced operational environments

Package & Benefits
- $80,000 per annum (pro-rata for part-time) plus superannuation
- Primarily office-based role
