As a member of the Pier One Sydney Harbour team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting our General Manager. You will coordinate their schedule, maximise productivity, and ultimately contribute to the success of the entire organisation. As the go-to person for coordinating activities within the Executive Office, you will facilitate seamless communication and collaboration, inspiring others to follow your lead. You will embody our core values and service culture and assist in delivering mind blowing service to associates and guests alike.

Whether you're an early riser or a night owl, you'll find excitement in coming to work. You'll either be delighting our wonderful guests or anticipating the needs of our dynamic General Manager.
8:30am Lobby Maestro – tray complimentary avocado smash toast to our in-house guests as an opportunity to network and engage in their stay, the perfect way to start the day!
10am Attending our mind blowing service meeting discussing key priorities & guests for the day on behalf of the General Manager
10.30am Pick up a complimentary coffee from our barista and strategically draft agendas & follow up action points with relevant leaders
11am Attend our Executive Committee meeting, drafting minutes & coordinating the meeting room / catering
12pm Complimentary hot lunch in our associate canteen
12.30pm Working to manage the General Manager’s complex diary and ensuring they are in the right place at the right time
1pm Shopping for gifts for key stakeholders and guests
2pm Booking flights for your General Manager for a conference or work trip, managing their expenses & general administration
3.30pm Organising VIP events – today it’s a Women in Leadership networking cocktail party. Ensure the music, scent and catering is exactly like nothing else …
4.30pm Meet and greet VIP guests staying at the hotel in relation to the General Manager; craft thoughtful amenities with our Guest Experience Manager for the following day

What We Ask of You
- Prior experience in an EA role
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Self-motivated, driven and energszed in a fast-paced environment
