About the Role
As a Human Resources Advisor, you will deliver strategic HR support and expert advice on complex people matters, overseeing the full employee lifecycle for a designated client group.
Collaborating with a dedicated P&C team, you will lead the implementation of key HR initiatives across workforce planning, change management, talent acquisition, performance development, engagement, and employee relations. Your expertise will contribute to building a high performing, engaged workforce that aligns with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities

• Support client groups with key HR initiatives, including workforce planning, policy execution, performance improvement, and employer branding;
• Manage complex employee relations cases, providing leaders with tailored guidance on performance, conduct, grievances, and conflict resolution;
• Leverage workforce data and business insights to drive strategies that strengthen engagement, culture, and organisational effectiveness;
• Collaborate with senior leaders to design and implement impactful workforce change initiatives;
• Empower stakeholders with coaching and education to enhance their HR capabilities and leadership effectiveness; and
• Use HR metrics and analytics to shape organisation-wide solutions, driving continuous improvement and informed decision-making.

About You
To thrive in this role, you will bring four plus years of HR Advisor experience within scalable organisations, along with a strong understanding of Australian employment law and legislation. Your ability to engage with diverse stakeholders and provide pragmatic, solutions-focused advice will be key to your success. Experience in developing HR initiatives and managing multiple projects simultaneously will be highly valued.
Beyond technical expertise, you’ll be a proactive self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative team player with a flexible approach, you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment and be eager to contribute to a high-performing HR team.
