Our client is a well established large government department seeking SharePoint Administrator/ Developer to re-develop the Application Asset Register (AAR) in SharePoint online site with forms to meet their business needs.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multiple versions of SharePoint, including SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013, 2016, SharePoint Framework and Microsoft 365 Power Platforms. The role will be pivotal in designing a new solution using new technologies, including Dataverse, PowerApps, ITP Data Warehouse, and Power BI, to meet requirements and will also develop system and support documentation to ensure successful implementation and ongoing maintenance.

The role is based in Brisbane CBD, with hybrid WFH flexibility. Contract is until July 2025, with very strong extension possibilities.

• Create and configure the database.
• Design and develop the user interface.
• Define security measures and set up security groups.
• Migrate and integrate existing AAR data.
• Load production data.
• Develop reports and analytics.
• Conduct testing and UAT deployment and validation.
• Deploy to production and verify implementation.

• SharePoint Online and On-Premises

• PowerShell and JavaScript

• Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services

xpertise in Microsoft Dataverse for secure, scalable data management and integration with PowerApps, Power BI, and other services. Proficiency in PowerApps for custom applications and UI development. Strong Power BI skills for data visualization, reporting, and dashboards. Experience with data warehousing, modeling, ETL processes, and dataset management. Knowledge of data integration, API development, and system connections (Dataverse, SharePoint, PowerApps, Power BI). Proficiency in Power Automate for workflow automation. Strong SQL skills for querying, data transformation, and integration. Experience configuring SharePoint Online via UI and PowerShell. Ability to create technical documentation on architecture, data flows, and development. Strong communication skills for client interactions and technical explanations. Project planning expertise to manage timelines and track progress. Problem-solving skills for identifying and resolving system issues efficiently.

Highly Desirable Qualifications / Certifications / Skills

• SQL Server Data Tools (SSDT) packages generation experience
• Advanced SharePoint Development
• Datawarehouse & ETL Tools
