We are looking for our next ‘rockstar’ to join our Sales and Operations team within our passionate and fun-loving culture. This position is about creating life-changing solutions. You will be full of great ideas and have direct input of improving processes and services.
The following skills and experience will be required for this role:
- Experience within Sales/Customer Support
- Others would consider you an excellent communicator.
- High level of competency within sales order processing
- A successful track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction
- Experience with Client Management or similar ERP systems
- Experienced problem solver
To succeed in this role, you must be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team environment, with the ability to effectively prioritise and manage your time and workload. We are looking for someone who is people focused and process driven.
The successful candidate will ideally have sales support experience, be computer savvy, a detailed person and have an excellent phone manner. A positive attitude and drive for success is a must! You will also be expected to work as an integral part of the sales team, providing support to other members of the team where required. The successful candidate will receive full training on all products, services, health & safety procedures, and company processes.
