We are seeking an exceptional Senior Consultant, Strategic Projects to join our People team . Reporting to the Manager, Strategic Projects, this role will form part of the Centre of Excellence within the People Department.

In this pivotal role you will use your HR knowledge and experience to understand organisational needs and design People solutions aligned to the strategic goals of the RBA. You will work closely with our senior leaders, People Leadership and People Partnering teams to design and deliver impactful initiatives to drive our People strategy and continuously improve the customer experience. Your skills in project planning, stakeholder management, and change management will be key to your success.

Your Background

  • Extensive experience in HR transformation and workforce change with a true passion for creating people strategies that deliver value and impact.

  • Substantial experience integrating people strategies, frameworks and principles into people solutions that have impact, drive a positive employee experience, achieve behavioural change, and enable the achievement of organisational goals and objectives

  • Excellent project management, project life cycle and governance skills

  • Strong knowledge of transformation and change theories, principles, and practices.

  • Collaborative and creative team member who can foster a culture of trust, accountability, and innovation.

  • The ability to design and deliver initiatives for employees at all levels, leveraging innovative approaches to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance.

  • You apply a product approach to the development of people development programs, e.g., design thinking, prototyping and iterative design

  • Strong coaching and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • A passion for staying abreast of industry trends and leading HR practices.

  • Strong analytical skills to adapt strategies and respond to changing organisational needs.

  • Experience in client centred design, continuous improvement, and simplification programs

  • Passion for driving organisational change.

Education

  • Degree in HR, Psychology, or related discipline

  • Whilst not essential, your application will stand out if you have certifications in Change/Agile/PMP
