Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced HCM Program Lead for an enterprise-wide implementation of Workday HRIS at Nine. This high-impact role will transform our People & Culture systems, processes, and employee experience.
As the business owner of the HRIS, you will partner with both business and technology teams, overseeing the project lifecycle from planning to go-live, ensuring successful adoption and optimisation of the new platform.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee the entire Workday HRIS implementation focused on compensation, including scope, budget, and timeline management.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define objectives, deliverables, and project scope.

Build and lead a cross-functional project team, including internal resources and external vendors.

Manage risks, resolve escalations, and ensure the program meets its business case, staying within budget while realising intended benefits.

Oversee system configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Core HCM and Talent Optimisation modules.

Ensure data integrity, security, and seamless system integration with payroll, finance, and other key departments.

Collaborate with internal technology teams and external partners to ensure end-to-end process integration.

Partner with internal and third-party change management teams to drive user adoption and minimise disruption.

Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies tailored to organisational needs.

Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the HRIS and related People & Culture systems (e.g., LMS, performance management tools).

Monitor system performance, identifying opportunities for innovation and optimisation.

Stay current with HR technology trends and best practices, ensuring the platform remains future-ready.

Evaluate and implement new People & Culture technologies, ensuring seamless integration withexisting systems.
Required Skills & Experience

8+ years of experience in HR digital transformation, with a strong track record in leading large-scale Workday or other HCM implementations.

Proven experience as a business system owner with expertise in product management methodologies.

Deep understanding of HR processes, best practices, and modern HR technology landscapes.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Demonstrated experience in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
