Business Process Improvement Specialist
Salary from: Stream A Level 6.1 starts at $97,353 + superannuation.

We have an exciting opportunity for a permanent full time Business Process Improvement Specialist to join the Water Service Performance Branch within the Council.

Position responsibilities include facilitating and supporting process owners and experts to:
- Define and scope their processes
- Study processes and evaluate their processes
- Design or redesign improved processes
- Implement improved processes
Key indicators for success:
- Possession of a relevant qualification in business, information technology, change management, lean and/or project management, and/or substantial experience as a business process analyst/business process improvement specialist
- Attention to detail with a customer focus
- Demonstrated proficiency designing and capturing improved processes and procedures
- Self-motivated, highly organised, and able to work autonomously and collaboratively
- Well-developed skills in planning, managing, and supporting a business process improvement project implementation
- Ability to successfully pass all pre-employment checks as required
Desirable:
- Knowledge and / or experience in water industry or other relevant industry.
- Knowledge and / or understanding of relevant management system standards.
- Knowledge of Infor Pathway, Technology One or Ninetex Process Manager.
