Code9 is a growing IT company who specialise in providing professional I.T services for small to medium businesses across Western Australia. Our office based in Canning Vale is looking for a Level 2 technician who seeks a diverse role including help desk, managed services and systems administration.

Applicants need to be very personable, have excellent communication skills and experience in providing I.T support. A friendly phone manner and good sense of humour are also key personal skills for the role.
Job tasks and responsibilities
* Help desk support (plus potential onsite support based on skillset)
* Managed services, 365 cloud solutions, IP phone systems
* Excellent communications skills and friendly phone manner
* Accurate record keeping, spelling and grammar
* Reliable, punctual and organised
* Must have own reliable vehicle plus drivers licence
Skills and experience (not all are essential)
* Windows Server roles (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS)
* Microsoft Exchange, 365 and SharePoint
* Exposure to MSP environment and software (e.g ConnectWise)
* Backups and disaster recovery (e.g ShadowProtect)
* IP Networking, VPNs
* Virtual Machines
