In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth and consistent application of HR policies, supporting staff at all levels, and contributing to HR initiatives that drive operational excellence. Whether you’re advising on employment conditions, guiding stakeholders through HR processes, or enhancing knowledge resources, your expertise will shape a positive and efficient HR service experience.

Key responsibilities will include :

Provide clear, accurate, and timely HR advice to staff and supervisors, ensuring consistent application of HR policies and procedures.

Manage Workday updates and approvals within the defined service scope while supporting the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

Act as a trusted advisor, delivering expert guidance on a wide range of HR matters, including recruitment, contracts, diversity and inclusion, and policy interpretation.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, collaborate across HR functions, and contribute to process improvements and staff education initiatives.

Degree qualifications in HR, Business, or a related field, with relevant experience in HR advisory or service delivery.
-
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, with the ability to provide practical and solutions-focused advice.

Proven ability to manage and resolve a diverse range of sensitive HR issues using sound judgment and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills to build relationships and support HR policy implementation.

Experience working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment, balancing multiple priorities and stakeholder needs.

A collaborative and proactive mindset, with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering high-quality HR support.
The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre-employment checks, including right to work in Australia and a criminal check.
