Right now, we are experiencing exciting growth across the country and are seeking a smart and energised Facilities Systems Coordinator to join our talented Facilities team.
The Facilities Systems Coordinator is a critical and diverse facilities and workspace support role responsible for providing specialised operational support, minor project oversight, training, and documentation for facilities management systems and processes. Key duties include collecting and analysing data, verifying critical information, and developing documentation to optimise service delivery and project outcomes. The position requires strong analytical and technological skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Responsibilities
Assist and support facility operations with various day to day tasksCoordinate implementation of systems and tools utilised by Facility operations teamAid with development of policies, procedures, and/or manualsConduct regular views and updates of operational procedures, manual, and policies as required to ensure consistency. Manage various company and facilities information systems and tools including facilities dashboards, team pages and folders, action tasks and planning information, including training for various new systems or tools. Coordinate and compile reports and briefing packs, construct simple databases, spreadsheets, diagrams, and presentations as required. Provide systems support to the function with collaboration platforms, document/records management systems. Travel within Australia may be required at times, to fulfil the requirements of this role. Other duties as deemed relevant to functional and operational requirements and within the technical competency of the position.
Skills, Experience And Qualifications
Requires qualification in one of the following fields– project management, construction, building design, property/ real estate or facilities managementMin 3 years’ experience in one of the following fields: project management, construction, building design, property or facilities managementKnowledge of, and proven ability to apply project management principles and/or facilities management skills. A high level of computer literacy including the use of document/records management and the Microsoft Office suite of programs. Excellent written and verbal communications skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation. A motivated self-starter with the ability to work autonomously. Ability to review and provide recommendations for new and existing procedures. Demonstrated experience in a project-driven, technology-oriented environment. Current Drivers LicenceCandidates must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Baseline Security Clearance as needed. Eligibility can be found at http://www.defence.gov.au/agsva
